An abstract, fiber-art wall sculpture of sticks, pigment, acrylic on paper, and thread by listed American artist Boris Fedushin (b. 1937), measuring approximately 6.0 x 6.5'. Untitled and unsigned. Provenance: estate of Arnold Scaasi (1930-2016), the legendary NYC-based couturier, renowned for glamorous, colorful gowns and a high-society clientele that included four First Ladies, movie stars, and socialites. Together with husband Parker Ladd, Scaasi famously entertained the famous and assembled an enviable collection of fine art, European antiques, and world artifacts.
