An adjustable, flori-form, "Tulip" lamp designed in the '70s by well-known Canadian ceramicist Maurice Chalvignac for ROUGIER.  The petals are formed from translucent white acrylic and are mounted to rotatable ball joints rising from a domed white metal base.  All parts are in excellent and all original vintage condition.
