A wonderful asymmetrical tripod bowl with a prehistoric hunting scene (possibly inspired by the Lascaux cave drawings near Montignac) in relief from the interior surface. It is glazed in shades of brown, tan, white, and light blue. Probably Italian, but possibly French, it has been dated on the back '1958' in freehand using a red marker or grease pencil but is otherwise unmarked.
